Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some products on the Drink Crossed website may be offered as a one-time purchase or as a subscription purchase. This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions work, when customers are charged, and how subscriptions may be changed or canceled.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription product from Drink Crossed, you are enrolling in recurring deliveries based on the subscription frequency you select at checkout.

Subscription options may include:

Every 2 weeks — 25% off
Every 4 weeks — 20% off
Every 8 weeks — 15% off

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Drink Crossed Corp. to store your payment method securely and charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency you choose. Your subscription will automatically renew until canceled in accordance with this policy.

Minimum Subscription Commitment

Subscription discounts are offered in exchange for a minimum subscription commitment.

Customers may cancel their subscription after the second subscription order has been processed. This means the initial subscription order and the second subscription order must be completed before the subscription is eligible for cancellation.

Subscriptions cannot be canceled immediately after the first discounted subscription order for the purpose of receiving the subscription discount without completing the minimum subscription commitment.

Changing, Pausing, or Modifying a Subscription

After purchasing a subscription, customers may manage eligible subscription settings through their customer account or subscription management link provided in their order confirmation emails.

Customers may change, pause, or modify an eligible subscription, including delivery frequency or shipping information, as long as the change is submitted at least 1 business day before the next scheduled billing date.

Changes submitted less than 1 business day before the next scheduled billing date may not apply until the following billing cycle.

Cancellation Deadline

Once the minimum subscription commitment has been met, customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 1 business day before the next scheduled billing date.

If a cancellation request is submitted less than 1 business day before the next scheduled billing date, the next order may still be processed and charged, and the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle.

How to Cancel a Subscription

Customers may cancel an eligible subscription by:

Logging into their customer account and managing the subscription from the subscription portal;
Using the subscription management link included in order confirmation emails; or
Contacting Drink Crossed at info@drinkcrossed.com.
